Non Members: Using the booking buttons to book in your classes. Please note, once a non-member has made a booking they will be unable to cancel their booking as members can. 

Members: To check your bookings and cancel if need, logon on to https://fitfactory.gymmasteronline.com/portal/login, select "Class Schedule" and then at the top, select "View Bookings".

If we have insufficient numbers for a class, the class will be cancelled.  We will give notice via text or email at a time we deem fair and reasonable.

Classes available in Kumeu Fit Factory

Hybrid BoxFit: Great workout for either beginner or elite athletes! This class is taken by our experienced boxing trainers with participants taken through a tough session that includes heavy bag work, focus mitt work and specialised strength and conditioning exercises.

Zumba: we take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Anaerobic Redzone: Focused high intensity workout that is designed to test strength, power and endurance through a series of specifically designed exercises.  The session is completed with other like-minded participants and led by an energised and trained instructor to guide and motivate the class.

HIT After a big warm up (usually in groups or teams), we move into getting our heart rate racing and our muscles burning through different weighted and body weighted exercises.

Boxing: A fun, action packed, non-contact class based on the fitness principles of boxing while complimenting the different boxing combos, as well as focusing on technique. This high intensity interval style training class combines boxing with cardio exercises to help you work all parts of your body and increase your overall fitness.

Yoga (Vinyasa): A style of yoga characterised by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga, it is sometimes confused with “power yoga “. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.
